Lucas earned his Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois, and is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). For the past 3 years, he has worked exclusively in ADHD specialty care, focusing on adult evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management.

Why I focus on adult ADHD care
Lucas's interest in ADHD started before his career did. Diagnosed with ADHD himself, he spent years navigating the same frustrations his patients describe: being misunderstood, dismissed, or treated with a one-size-fits-all approach that never quite fit.
Watching the difference an accurate diagnosis and thoughtful treatment made, for himself and for the patients he's since worked with, is what drove him to focus his practice on adult ADHD care. That perspective, having lived it and having treated it, shapes how he approaches every evaluation: carefully, systematically, and without assuming a patient's experience is exaggerated or invented.
My Approach to Care
Adult ADHD is frequently missed, misdiagnosed, or treated with a rushed, one-size-fits-all approach. Lucas built Clarity ADHD around a more careful, evidence-based process, one that treats every evaluation as its own investigation rather than a formality on the way to a prescription.
Objective Testing
QbTest may provide objective information about attention, activity, and impulse control. Results are interpreted with the clinical history, questionnaires, functioning, and other possible causes of symptoms.
Structured Medication Optimization
When medication is appropriate, we adjust it using response, functioning, tolerability, and your goals. Up to three comparative trials are common. They are individualized, not obligatory.
Unhurried Evaluations
A 60-minute initial evaluation. Complex presentations deserve careful, unrushed attention.
Continuity of Care
Patients see the same provider at every visit. No rotating clinicians, no re-explaining your history.
