Do you take insurance?
Clarity ADHD is a cash-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. However, we provide superbills, itemized receipts with diagnosis and procedure codes, that you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.
Who can be seen at Clarity ADHD?
Adults 18 and older who are physically located in Washington State at the time of their appointment. All visits are conducted via secure video. No in-person appointments are offered.
Can stimulant medications be prescribed via telehealth?
Yes. Under the federal telemedicine flexibility in effect through December 31, 2026, and Washington State rules, stimulant medications can be prescribed via secure video after a thorough evaluation. Clarity ADHD follows DEA and Washington requirements, including prescription monitoring and electronic prescribing. This federal pathway is temporary, and we will update this page if the rules change.
What if I'm already on ADHD medication?
Many patients come to Clarity ADHD already on medication that isn't working as well as it could. Your evaluation will include a full review of your current and past medications, and your treatment plan will build from what we learn, whether that means adjusting, switching, or optimizing what you're already taking.
Do you treat conditions other than ADHD?
Yes. Depression, anxiety, insomnia, and other conditions commonly co-occur with adult ADHD, and treating one without accounting for the others rarely works well. Your evaluation screens for co-occurring conditions, and your treatment plan can address them alongside ADHD. See our conditions treated page for details.
What is a PA-C?
A Physician Assistant–Certified (PA-C) is a licensed medical provider who evaluates, diagnoses, and prescribes medication. Lucas Craft, MMS, PA-C practices in collaboration with a licensed physician in accordance with Washington State law (RCW 18.71A), with a clinical focus on adult ADHD and commonly co-occurring conditions.
How does booking and paperwork work?
Booking happens through our secure SimplePractice patient portal: you pick a time, enter your information, and your intake forms are sent to you electronically to review and sign before your first visit. No printing or scanning required.
Do you provide therapy or crisis services?
No. Clarity ADHD provides psychiatric evaluation and medication management only. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or call 911. For therapy, we're happy to coordinate care with your existing therapist or provide referrals.
What does ongoing care cost after the program?
The 5-visit program is $1,099. After that, ongoing care is $175 per visit, typically every one to three months, so most established patients spend about $700 a year. Extended follow-ups are $225 when something more complex comes up. There is no membership fee, no annual retainer, and nothing charged between visits. See pricing for the full schedule.
I have a high-deductible plan. Is cash pay actually more expensive?
Often it is not. Most high-deductible plans require you to pay the first several thousand dollars of care out of pocket before they contribute anything, so before your deductible is met the real comparison is cash pay versus paying a similar amount and still waiting for an in-network panel to open. HSA and FSA cards are accepted here, and we provide superbills you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Is Clarity ADHD right for everyone?
No, and we would rather say so before you pay for an intake. Clarity ADHD is built for adults who need ADHD evaluation and medication management. It is not the right setting if you need therapy as your main treatment, if you are under 18 or outside Washington State, or if you are managing something that needs a fuller team than a solo telehealth practice, such as active substance use disorder, bipolar I disorder, psychosis, or a significant eating disorder. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 rather than booking. See who this practice is and is not for.
