What ongoing care costs
After the program, ongoing care is $175 per visit, typically every one to three months. Most established patients spend about $700 a year. Extended follow-ups are $225 when something more complex comes up. There is no membership fee, no annual retainer, and nothing charged between visits.
We say this on the pricing page rather than after your intake because a cash-pay practice only works if the ongoing cost works for you too. If it does not, tell us at the free consultation and we will point you toward other options in Washington.
How payment works
Clarity ADHD is a cash-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. That's a deliberate choice: it keeps visits long, scheduling flexible, and treatment decisions between you and your provider instead of a prior-authorization department.
After each visit we provide a superbill: an itemized receipt with diagnosis and procedure codes that you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. HSA and FSA cards are accepted, and flexible payment plans are available. The full fee schedule is available on our patient forms page.
If you have a high-deductible plan, compare the right number. HSA and FSA cards are accepted here, and superbills go to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Before your deductible is met, the realistic comparison is not cash pay versus free. It is cash pay versus paying a similar amount out of pocket and still waiting for a panel to open.
